“Ride a wave of change!”

Be a surfing champ! Double champ will be a winner of game.
Who will be the greatest surfer of the sea? The ambitious surfers on
the starting grids and ready to ride a wave to victory!!
Each player rides their own waves and reaches the small island on the
center of game board.
The player who wins the game will be a surfing champ. If same player
wins the game again then the player will be a double champ and win the entire
game.
Game Components
Game Board Blue start points and goal is center of the board
map.
First
player sits on the top and other players sit clockwise.

Indicating
4 directions: Up, Down, Left, and Right.
Front
side is Directional Grid, and backside is Trap side.
Trap side of Wave Grid: Reef
“Your surfboard is stuck by Reefs!”
Reef is
trap grid, so the player who reaches this grid, cannot move until next turn. However,
If the player has the Golden shark card, Reef card will not affect the player.
Trap side of Wave Grid: Whirlpool
“A
violent whirlpool was drawn the surfers!”
Whirlpool
is trap grid, if one of the players reaches this grid, all player must change
their seat clockwise.
Trap side of Wave Grid: Shark
Shark
card has two versions:
“Shark
bites you!”
Red Shark is trap grid, if a player reaches this grid,
the player must go back to start point and cannot move until next game.
Golden Shark is chance grid, if the player who has this card
on his trail, the player can avoid affect of the Reef card once.
Printing Instructions
You must double-sided print for the grid card. If you do not like
double-sided print, print each side and stick together.
Setting up the game
Make sure the grids completely random and put them on the board
clockwise order until the one extra grid left.
ALL Grids must faces on the Wave side only.
DO NOT change the grid direction now.
The player who ever surfs goes first and seat 11 o’clock direction. If
there is any, do Rock-scissor-paper.
Turn Order
First Phase:
Each player starts on their start point and ride the waves! The first
player picks up the left grid and chooses the action. The player who got Red
Shark card, must stop play and wait until second phase.
Second Phase:
The player who got Red Shark card, or lost plays first. All of player
need to change their seat by order and the winner of first phase play last.
Third Phase:
If there is still no double champ, play other game until one of player
wins at least twice.
Check for victory
The player who reaches the island on the center of game board first is
the champ.
Double champ
who wins the phase at least twice will be a winner of this game.
End of turn
Players must do one of 3 actions for each turn.
1.
Move
and Flip the Grid
Every turn, player must follow the grid direction. Players cannot move
against direction. If the player surround by wrong direction, he must replacing
one of the grid. Players can move one grid for each turn. Before the player
moves his piece on the Gird, he must flip it. If the Grid has trap card, the
player must follows the rules.
2.
Replacing
Grid
Player can replace any grid on the game board with
extra grid except the gird that the other players’ pieces on it. Player can
change the grid direction of extra grid whatever he wants.
3.
Pass
the Grid to other player
If the player moves his piece or replacing one of the grids, the player
cannot use the extra grid piece and pass it to next player.
Strategy tips and design notes
Try to interrupt
the other player’s path by replacing the Grid.
Sometimes pass the
grid to other player helps to avoid the trap! You never know what Grid has trap
side, so throw the trap to others!
